Fixing Ctrl-X B in Eclipse 3.3M4

Unfortunately Eclipse 3.3M3 broke the key-binding for 'Quick Switch Editor'. I stumbled across 'Quick Access' (Window -> Navigation) the other day by pressing Ctrl-E in a Mylar editor. It seems a bit slower but it offers a little bit more functionality and lists previous choices right at the top and most important it works.
