First "official" release of the Trac connector

A preview release of the Mylar Trac Connector has been uploaded to the Mylar dev update site (Eclipse 3.2 only): download.eclipse.org/technology/mylar/update-site/dev. Please uninstall any releases installed from the update site at steffenpingel.de/update prior to installing the Trac Connector from the Mylar update site.
